The Inexcom Browser Based Application System
Our unique portal system comprises of a web database forms framework with plug-in modules, comprising of database tables and forms. The system presents an intuitive front-end to the user, in a web page that has been deliberately designed using standard html and javascript.
No browser plug-ins required
No plug-ins are required for the users browser in order to operate our system. This means that it can be used from anywhere with any standards compliant browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Apple safari, Opera to name but a few).
Real customer solutions in use
Many customer systems are running using our portal management framework; a sales ledger, invoicing and customer management package (which we use to run our own business); a financial management system with web scrapping technology and a recruitment system (which uses the document upload and download module).
This web site is delivered through a content management system that was written in two days using our system.
Modular Plug-In Design
A typical Inexcom portal solution comprises of a set of 'plug-in' modules which are incorporated into the portal system in order to provide a custom solution for your business. The use of these modules is rented from us on a monthly basis. Any data that you enter into the system belongs to you but the system and rights to the system reside solely with us, if you decide to stop using our system we will provide you with your data in any form that is feasible and reasonably possible for us to provide.
Forms are state-full
The system provides a 'full page' mode within the browser for working with large forms and for printing. Sections of each form can be revealed and hidden and unlike other web form based system, each form retains its state during the users session, avoiding tiresome re-keying of information.
Intuitive and simple to use
Practically everyone knows how to use a browser, so our system just neatly fits into an environment users are probably already familiar with. The system is very intuitive and we find users normally need no training.
Work securely from anywhere through a web browser
Connection to the system is via a web browser using http or if more security is required https can be used. You and your staff can work securely from anywhere a web browser is available.

You don't need expensive VPNs or access to your LAN remotely. This means you can work anywhere, you don't even need a laptop as you can use any PC with a browser - securely. Our system, saves your company money, as staff can work from wherever they are.
