Inexcom Support
Inexcom offers a number of support options designed to keep your infrastructure running. We provide normal hours, extended hours and out of hours services ' depending on the requirements of your business.
The following paragraphs provide highlights of the services.
Fixed Price
A fixed monthly price contract which includes all support calls. This type of contract provides you with a consultant on-site once a month, included in the price.
Additional consultancy is charged at our reduced consultancy rate and all remote work is included in the price.
Our maximum response time is 'next day' however our targeted response time is within 4 hours.
Variable Price
You pay a monthly retainer. The retainer provides you with a reduced rate on all consultancy and remote support calls. You get access to 1/4 hour billing increments for remote rate work and hourly billing for 'on site' visits. Our maximum response time is 'next day', however our targeted time is 'same day'.
Pay as you Go
You pay our full consultancy rate and are subject to minimum charges. If you purchase in advance we will provide discounted blocks of 'call off' time. Remote work is charged in hourly increments and on site work is charged daily.
