Spam and Virus Scanning Service
Inexcom provides a world class anti-spam and anti-virus scanning service, designed and implemented by our own staff. The service is provided on a monthly subscription. On all emails the system highlights potential fraud emails (those with links that don't reverse lookup correctly) and disarms any links that match this criteria. Customers that have used other anti spam systems are truly amazed by the performance of our system. We don't rely on so called white lists - forcing the user to classify mail that they receive and our system doesn't require any complex configuration by you.
The Spam just Stops
You don't have any annoying messages, telling you that this might be spam, or that you should log in and "clear out" the spam you have received. Our system is so good it just does its job. Hourly Rule Set Updates - Complex Heuristics
Our rule sets are updated hourly and our system recognises spam even if the sender has not been blacklisted or sent spam before as we use complex heuristics that identifies the mail message content. One of our customer's was receiving emails forwarded from another organisation and our spam system weeded out spam that had already found its was through a competitors. Spam email is quarantined for up to one month on our server and a web service is provided to allow users to release or reject potential spam emails. Daily, weekly and monthly reports are generated to allow you to assess the effectiveness of the system.
Rejection Notifications
Senders of rejected emails are notified so you don't have to worry that "mail goes missing". You can't buy an anti-spam and anti-virus system like ours.
Everything is run remotely by us
All of the spam configuration and management is done on our redundant multi-site infrastructure. All email transport connections are made through secure connections.
